A division bench of Jammu and Kashmir High Court on Friday stayed its earlier order on hoisting of state flag on all official buildings and vehicles of constitutional authorities.
On December 27, a single bench of Justice Hasnain Masoodi ordered the government to hoist the state flag along the tri-colour on all official buildings and vehicles of constitutional authorities.
After hearing arguments by a senior advocate in Jammu, the Division Bench stayed the order passed by the single bench.
