Bengaluru-based mid-sized IT company Mindtree has appointed Rostow Ravanan as the CEO and managing director, and Krishnakumar Natarajan as the executive chairman of the company. Subroto Bagchi has stepped down as executive chairman but will continue on the Board as a non-executive director.The new roles would be effective April 1.MindTreehas reported that its third quarter net profit for FY15-16 grew 7.2 per cent to Rs 150.9 crore and revenues 33.2 per cent to Rs 1,214.5 crore, compared with the same quarter last year.
