31 builders & 3 banks took part in 2nd CREDAI-#Bengaluru Home Expo 2016

According to a press communique issued by CREDAI-Benguluru the two-day Expo brought under a single roof 31 builders and 3 financial institutions.


'The residential real estate sector in Bengaluru is booming owing to the city’s rapid growth over the last few years. The affordable and mid-range segment in the city is witnessing an uptick. Infrastructural developments are contributing to the growth, making even the upcoming outskirts of the city more accessible to people.The city is witnessing demand beyond Electronics City in areas such as Jigani, Attibele and Anekal as well as in the Bommasandra Industrial Area. Commercial development on Mysore Road is making the satellite town of Kengeri feature more on people’s radar. Similarly, with an increase in the number of Old Madras Road corridor is increasingly in popularity, thanks to its close placement to the Bengaluru-Chennai Highway. Kanakapura Road, Nallurhalli, Sarjapur Road, Budigere, Magadi Road, Hosur road, Yelahanka, Horamavu are some of the places that are on the rise now. Airport road sees increased activity and demand across asset class.'
