SAP is working with IBM to host and implement the solution as well as provide infrastructure and application management support. To be deployed via IBM’s Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), the expanded portfolio of SAP CRM Rapid Deployment solutions enables companies to gain competitive advantage by delivering a superior customer experience – every time, on every channel.
The new SAP CRM Rapid Deployment solutions deliver efficiency in various functionalities including account and contact management, activity management, groupware integration, performance management and opportunity management.
