Sagar Associates (JSA) is pleased to announce that Mr. Sajai Singh, a partner of the firm, has been elected as Treasurer of ITechLaw (http://www.itechlaw.org/officials.htm), the prestigious International Technology Lawyers Association, headquartered in USA. He earlier held the position of Secretary of ITechLaw. Since 2010 he has been on the Executive Committee (Excom) of ITechLaw.
On his appointment, Sajai stated “It is not just an honour at a personal level, but also because I am the first Asian, not just Indian, to have been elected to the ExCom and now as Treasurer of ITechLaw.”
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Jyoti Sagar, Founder Partner, JSA said, “we are very happy for Sajai on this appointment as it is in recognition not only of his standing internationally in the field of technology law but also of his organizational skills.”
Sajai is also actively associated with the American Bar Association’s diverse committees and is currently Vice-Chair of the International M & A Joint Venture Committee; Co-Chair of the India Committee of the ABA Section of International Law; Chair of the International Sub-Committee of the Venture Capital – Private Equity Committee of the ABA Section of Business Law; and Vice-Chair of the International Employment Law Committee
