S. Gopalakrishna becomes new Chief Commissioner of Income-tax, Bangalore-II

Shri. S. Gopalakrishna, an Indian Revenue Service Officer of the 1978 batch has taken over charge as Chief Commissioner of Income-tax, Bangalore-II, Bangalore. He holds concurrent jurisdiction over Bangalore city including Corporate Ranges.

In a career span of 33 years, he has served in various capacities in Bangalore, Mysore, Nagpur, Chennai, Salem, Kolkata, Bhuvaneswar. Prior to his posting to Bangalore, he has served as Chief Commissioner of Income-tax, Chennai.
