Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre conducted a special interactive “Saturday Cooking” class at La Cantina with Mexican Master Chef Eduardo Perez. The Chef engaged the guests and shared his tips and tricks for few of the favourite dishes. The interaction focused on enhancing participants understanding and appreciation for the Mexican Food.
Chef demonstrated how to make authentic Mexican dishes like Chilli Rellenos, Guacamole, Mushroom Quesadilla, and Shrimp with Tequila, Bunuelos, and Tamarind Margherita utilizing exotic flavours.
The cooking classes introduced the guests to the heart and soul of Mexico food and provided insights on Mexican food, history, and culture.
The guests were also seen having a great time by trying steps of salsa .dance Pure fun was unveiled as they danced to the tune.
