Congress wins by-polls in Uttarakhand #BJP fails to open its account

Congress has won on all the three seats in Assembly by-polls in Uttarakhand for which the counting took place on Friday, July 25.Uttarakhand Chief Minister Harish Rawat won by over 20,000 votes and defeated his nearest Bharatiya Janata Party rival B.D. Joshi. BJP has failed to open its account in Uttarakhand by-polls.
