Earlier Allahabad high court ordered to demolish twin towers of Supertech's Emerald Court in Noida's Sector 93A for flouting building norms. Following this home-buyers of Supertech's two sealed towers — Apex and Ceyane — had filed a special petition leave (SLP) in the Supreme Court. The prayer of this group from the apex court was that they should either be allowed to take back their refund or shift to another project.A separate group had filed another SLP before the apex court. Prayer of that group is that towers should be regularized, and they should get their flats in the same towers.
