Nepal has extended a grand welcome to visiting Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who arrived in Kathmandu on a 2-day official Nepal visit on Sunday morning.
Modi, the first Indian PM to pay official visit to Nepal in 17 years, landed at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) at around 11 am this morning. Prime Minister Shushil Koirala himself received Modi at TIA even though it is considered breach of protocol.
