In a major breakthrough in the Burdwan blast case, National Investigation Agency (NIA) today arrested one Khalid Mohamed a Myanmarese national from Hyderabad.The arrested person is an expert in making IED exposives and was in touch Burdwan blast masterminds.There are reports that the ISIS recruitment literature and other jihadi material belonging to a Pakistan-based terror group, Tehrik-i-Taliban, were found with him.Khalid Mohamed was part of Rohingya Muslim solidarity group of Myanmar. He is believed to have have organised terror camps along the Myanmar-Bangladesh border.
Meanwhile,four-member team of NIA led by its director-general Sharad Kumar has arrived in Dhaka on Monday regarding investigations into the Burdwan blast in which the Jamaat-ul-Mujahideen Bangladesh is said to be involved.
