Students of BMS College of Engineering has taken a new green initiative by distributing environment friendly bags for free to the vendors at Bull temple Road attending the historic Kadlekai Parishe or Groundnut festival in Bengaluru. As an alternative to plastic bags more and vendors are using the eco friendly bags for their daily business.Initially the students of BMS College of Engineering have given 50 free bags to each vendors attending the Groundnut festival.
