Asian Development Bank (ADB) has appointed Diwakar Gupta as its new vice president for private sector and co-financing operations.Gupta replaces Lakshmi Venkatachalam, former managing director and chief financial officer of the State Bank of India.Diwakar Gupta has resigned from the Directorship of Jet Airways (India) Limited consequent to his appointment as Vice President in Asian Development Bank.
