Sacked IPS officer Sanjiv Bhatt has moved Supreme Court seeking to make BJP president Amit Shah a party in his pending petition alleging PM Narendra Modi's role in Gujarat riots as well as foisting false cases against him.
Senior advocates Kapil Sibal and Indira Jaising has filed the petition on behalf of Sanjiv Bhatt before a bench headed by CJI HL Dattu.
