Seeking to end his 14 years of marriage with his Kerala-origin wife Priya Radhakrishnan, the divorce papers were filed by Sudeep's sister on his behalf in the family court.
The actor"Kiccha Sudeep" has decided to surrender the custody of his daughter to his wife and agreed to make a payment of Rs 19 crore, according to sources close to the family.
The two are known to have been living separately for more than four years now, when Priya moved out of the couple's JP Nagar home along with their now-11-year-old daughter to an apartment on Sarjapur Road

She gave up her corporate career with Citibank for matrimony and motherhood but is now back in business as her own boss.
