An inverted national flag was hoisted in ASEAN summit by the organisers.Japanese PM Shinzo Abe had reached before PM Modi. As soon as he saw the flag, he noticed something amiss. For many minutes, he tried to find out what was wrong in the flag.
However, when PM Modi reached the venue, he failed to notice the inverted flag as he went ahead and shook hands with the Japanese PM. Later on, officials noticed the blooper and notified the organisers.
