Company promoters Vijay Sankeshwar and Anand Sankeshwar will, however, continue to own a majority stake in VRL Logistics after the stake sale.VRL currently has a fleet 4107 Commercial Vehicles, which includes 368 Passenger Transport Vehicles & 3739 Goods Transport Vehicles.The move has created some controversy as the promoters did not take share holders' approval for the same.
