VIJAYA BANK CELEBRATES 66th Independence Day

Vijaya Bank celebrated 66th Independence Day at its Head Office in Bangalore.National Flag was hoisted by Shri HS Upendra Kamath, Chairman& Managing Director, Vijaya Bank in the presence of Smt. Shubhalakshmi Panse and Shri KR Shenoy ,Executive Directors of the Bank. The Function was attended by General Managers of the Bank other executives/officers & Staff members.

On the occasion Shri HS Upendra Kamath, Chairman& Managing Director addressed the staff members and gave away school bags to the children of orphanage ‘Harshananda Memorial Foundation’ a Bangalore based non-profitable Charitable Trust. The Foundation is home for small orphaned children by parents affected by deadly diseases and poverty.
It was followed by a cultural program of Patriotic Songs and the function culminated with National Anthem.
