Bharti Airtel, leading global telecommunications company with operations in 20 countries across Asia and Africa, today announced the launch of ‘my airtel’ app for Airtel customers in India. Available at no additional cost, the app will allow Airtel customers across various services (mobile, fixed line, dth etc) to check their outstanding bills, recharge their accounts, make payment, activate deactivate any service; raise requests-complaints, at just a click of a button across. Further, using this, Airtel digital TV customers can also order movies and games, without any assistance from the customer care. Customers can download the application by simply logging into airtel.in/myairtel or visiting their device app store. Alternatively, they can also SMS ‘myairtel’ to 54321 or via a QR code.

The usual download charges depending on the subscriber data connection will apply for downloading the application as well as accessing the application. For non-airtel internet users, there will also be one time SMS charge for authentication to their respective telecom operators.
