In fact, we recently also included a full day community day for young GET’s joining the programme. This exposure helps us shape them as rounded professionals so that they are able to contribute not just to the company but also towards society. It is humbling to see volunteers at this young age coming forward and participating in programmes like this and spending their personal time and resources to make others smile. This has encouraged us to plan programmes such as these on a regular basis.”
