GreenWood High International School Flags off Truck loaded with Basic Essentials worth Rs.50 lakh for Uttarkhand Relief
The students of Greenwood High School in Bangalore took a noble initiative to help the affected at Uttarakhand today by raising funds and collecting essentials worth Rs. 50 Lakhs, contributed by the parents and the staff members. The truck loaded with these goods was flagged off from the school today.  The Greenwood High Trust donated monetary and materials worth Rs. 20 lakhs.
The truck loaded with the contributions will be sent to Uttarakhand directly. The material goods included clothing, packaged food items such as biscuits, ready to eat noodles, food grains, basic necessities including medicines, torch, jackets, umbrellas, rain coats, stoves and other kitchen utensils.
