Keeping the patriotic bandwagon running, The Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre presents India on a Platter from 19th August 2013 to 25th August 2013 at The Square to celebrate the diversity of India through its cuisine.  The 10 day long festival will be a treat of the glorious flavours of different parts of India offering a unique culinary concept to the people of Hyderabad. It is an opportunity to enliven your senses with diverse food and delicacies from all across country. The food has been prepared under the guidance of Master Chef Raj Kumar Mandal who specializes in Indian cuisine.

The elaborate spread of traditional vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes from different Indian states will be showcased depicting India’s rich culinary heritage. The menu comprises of delightfully aromatic dishes like Lamb rogan josh, Chingri malai curry, Dum ka murgh, paneer pasanda, Dum aloo banarasi, Subz tehari, Rosgolla, ada pradaman, etc.

Commenting on this initiative Mr. Shyam Sunder, F&B Manager at Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre said, “Indian Cuisine is a traditional blend of exquisite flavors and textures and is in many ways unique from other culinary traditions across the world. With an intention to introduce our guests with the radiance and aromas and diversity of Indian food we have introduced the India on a Plater.
