Four teachers to enter the final league from Karnataka are Ms. Mamta Srivastava, Delhi Public School, Savitha BS, Centre for Child Development and Disabilities, Shobha Rani Banerjee, Deepika School and Gowri Mirlay Achanta, St. Joseph’s Boys’ High School. The winners will be announced at the grand ceremony on 13 December, 2013 in New Delhi.
State-wise break-up of nominations exhibited highest involvement from Karnataka (346 nomination) followed by Maharashtra (313 nominations), Punjab (293 nominations), Uttar Pradesh (288 nominations) and Tamil Nadu (246 nominations).
