The all women ‘Celebrity Playoff’ had women from all walks of life and was organized to celebrate womanhood, under flood lights on 18th holf on Sunday. According to Dr. Vijay Anand Reddy, Founder, CURE Foundation & Director, Apollo Cancer Hospital, Hyderabad; there has been a rampant increase in the incidence of breast cancers amongst urban women and cervical cancer amongst rural women. We decided to spread awareness about these diseases by concluding the Cancer Crusaders Invitation Cup – 2014’ with an all women ‘Celebrity Play off.’
