ALCHEMY, real estate arm of the 107 year old Alembic Group of Companies is all set to enter the Bengaluru real estate market with the launch of luxury apartment project.

The project is in 8.23 acres and will have 636 residences in 4 towers with 19 floors high. Alchemy has built two residential projects totalling over 900 residences in Vadodara,Gujarat.This project will be completed in 3 years.The cost of the flats are 2BHK for Rs.70 lakhs and 3 BHK forRs.85 lakhs.
