HGS opens a new Delivery Center in Canada
Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS), a leading global provider of BPO services, has announced the opening of its twelfth delivery center in Barrie in Ontario, Canada. The center has a capacity of 350 seats and will provide inbound customer care services. The new center is expected to generate 500 jobs in the city of Barrie in its full capacity. HGS entered Canada through the acquisition of OLS in 2011. The eleven sites of Canada not only cater to the local market but also double up as near shore options for the U.S. HGS Canada offers Technical Support, Inbound Sales, Customer Care and Customer Loyalty Services in English and French languages.
